The Unspoken Reality
Human beings create and share knowledge through conversation.
Unfortunately, most organizational conversations, particularly those concerning highly volatile issues, turn out to be heated debates between two people or factions of sub groups defending their views against one another with no real productive dialogue taking place.
The inevitable result tends to be "giving up and giving in" to resignation that any authentic collaboration can ever truly take place.
Here people move into the at times comfortable yet ultimately frustrating "good enough" paradox.
